Our Story
Atelier Karim is a family business, established in 2014. From
the very beginning, we have followed our set goal. Quality and
sustainability.
We are aware of sustainable development and the importance of
quality, so all our desserts are made from the highest quality
ingredients. Our DNA is Macarons. And yes, we write it with a
capital letter. They are the foundation of our company and the first
dessert that was fragrant in our atelier. Soon, other treats
followed. And the sweet family grew larger.
In creating our culinary story, we collaborate with various partners.
We are fascinated by how the basic need for food constantly transforms into such wonderful creations. Food has the power of communication, transcending human boundaries, uniting, and... enough about that!

Ever since I can remember, my passion has always been connected with food. I know two kinds of people. Those who eat to live and those of us who live to eat. My love for food is boundless. Love and passion for food have led me on a point of no return. On the path of culinary arts. I embarked on this path at the age of 15. The path led me to France, Spain, Austria, England..., where I absorbed knowledge, honed various techniques, and discovered the world of flavors.
