Our story
Atelier Karim is a family business founded in 2014. From the very beginning we have pursued a single goal: quality and sustainability.
We are conscious of sustainable development and the importance of quality, so all our pastries are made from the finest ingredients. Our DNA is Macarons. Yes, we write them with a capital letter — they are the foundation of our business and the first pastry to fill our atelier with its aroma. The other sweets soon followed. And our sweet little family grew.
We are fascinated by how the basic need for food continually transforms into such wonderful creations. Food has the power to communicate, to transcend human boundaries, to bring people together, and… enough of that!

For as long as I can remember, my passion has been tied to food. I know two kinds of people: those who eat to live, and those of us who live to eat. My love for food knows no bounds. Love and passion for food led me down a path with no return — the culinary path. I set out on this journey at fifteen. It led me through France, Spain, Austria, England… where I gathered knowledge, sharpened my skills across different techniques, and discovered the world of flavors.
Our Treats
