Macaronsi
Vsi naši macaronsi so ročno izdelani iz najboljših sestavin, kot so Vlarhona čokolada, ICAM čokolada in Boiron sadni pireji.
V hladilniku jih lahko hranimo do pet dni, zamrznjene pa tudi dva meseca.

Vse torte so narejene iz prvovrstnih sestavin z doma pripravljenimi oblivi.
V tortah uporabljamo sadne in čokoladne pene, sadne raguje ter ganaše.
Kot tehniko izdelave uporabljamo način hitrega zamrzovanja. S tem ohranimo svežino in podaljšamo rok trajanja.
Zamrznjene zdržijo tudi dva meseca.

All of our macarons are hand made with the finest ingredients available, including Valrhona and ICAM chocolate and Boiron fruit products.

All of our cakes are made with the finest ingredients and our glazes are all made in-house.
Among the methods we use to make our cakes are mousses, fresh fruit compotes and ragoûts.
We use a rapid freezing technique, which ensures that our cakes are perfect when defrosted - and can still be kept for up to five days in the fridge.
Our cakes can also be stored in the freezer for up to two months.
